HOW TO IMPROVE YOUR LIFE WITH AN EASY-CHANGE?

I like sleeping naked. I have to admit it. There are some prejudices in the deepest corners of my mind. Like ‘ what if an earthquake happens in the middle of the night? (I was living in a country that suffers from the earthquake), what if someone just walks into my room? Well, never happened to me. And I decided to take the risk :)
I am sure you heard a thousand strategies to improve your life by reducing stress, sleep better, make more money etc. None of them is as simple, and many are less effective, as getting naked before you go to sleep.

1. YOU SLEEP BETTER
Your brain goes through a cleaning process while we sleep. It removes toxic proteins from its neurons that are by-products of neural activity when you’re awake. Of course, only good quality of sleep would be beneficial. You know that feeling after the nights you hang out till the first light of the day or your sleep was interrupted by mosquitos. Your brain would be slower hardly processing the information from the outside world. Creativity goes away, problem solving seems harder than it has been.
The actual effect of sleeping naked is that lowering your skin temperature and it increases the depth of your sleep and reduces the number of times you wake up in the night.
2. IT REDUCES THE STRESS LEVEL
Hell yeah! This is my favourite. Everybody has stressful live thanks to this modern life. Even the news makes me feel more anxious. So, I am open to any advice would help me to deal with it. Stress has many harmful effects. First of all, it suppresses our immune system ( it makes us open to any disease, depression and even cancer). Our cognitive capacity decreases, our risk of heart disease increases. WE NEED TO REST WELL, my friends. As I describe above good sleep would help us to have better rest by normalising cortisol level.
3. SLEEPING NAKED BUILDS CONFIDENCE
You will feel it when you give it a try. Sleeping naked would help you to feel more comfortable with your own skin. You will touch your belly and embrace it :) Your arms and hands will come in contact with your skin. As you feel more restful with your body, your self-esteem and confidence will increase. As you know, confidence is the key to success. You won’t be afraid to try new things, take on challenges. It has indirect but super important benefits to your wellbeing.
4. YOU WILL BE HEALTHIER
A study by the U.S. National Institutes of Health showed that keeping yourself cool while you sleep speeds the body’s metabolism because your body creates more brown fat to keep you warm. You already know that sleeping naked would keep you cool by reducing your body temperature. As a consequence, your body produces more brown fat to produce heat and you will lose weight.
Also, It improves blood circulation which helps your heart and muscles. A night of good sleep increases melatonin and growth hormone levels and melatonin, both of which have anti-ageing and many more benefits.
